Late payments may incur additional charges or interest, as outlined in your individual sales agreement.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations of custom or standard building orders may incur fees. Returns are subject to strict conditions. Refund and return policies are outlined clearly in your sales agreement.

5. Delivery and Installation

Mountain State Structures coordinates professional delivery and installation services. While we strive to meet timelines provided, delays due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen factors may occur. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring the installation site is accessible, clear, and properly prepared.Obtaining necessary permits or approvals.Providing accurate specifications and details for custom orders.

7. Warranties and Liability

A. Product Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on materials and workmanship, detailed fully in your sales contract.

B. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for defects or damage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts or structures. We expressly disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and marketing materials are exclusively owned by Mountain State Structures. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
